Cabot Circus is one of the largest retail centres in the south west, containing over 200 retail units, apartments, restaurants, a cinema and leisure outlets. Consort Services and Cabot Circus have enjoyed a long and successful partnership, where we have been contracted to undertake various aspects of work for the centre.
We have installed new lighting around various areas of the shopping centre, renovated parts of the external fabric, carried out ground repairs, and installed new offices.
We also investigate and repair roof leaks, we have installed data and information cabling, constructed pop up shops, erected cabins and trees for the annual Christmas festivities.
Recently we have been contracted to strip out vacant units which require removing all fixtures and fittings, M&E and flooring. This also involves installing new plasterboard walls/ceilings, reconfiguring the electrical installation, installing new floor coverings and decorating throughout, leaving a brand new empty space ready for new tenants to occupy.
Our electrical department carry out the relevant NICEIC inspections on the electrical installations, including Landlords inspection, Emergency light inspections and Fire alarms systems tests. All tests are backed up by certification as issued by our accredited electricians.
Our plumbing division has been utilised to repair and install new services, within many stores and staff areas. We have installed toilet facilities and washrooms within Zara and Carluccios amongst others.
Our painting division have decorated numerous areas including toilets, car parks and also on the external fabric of the main buildings
